Large-Radius Mandrel Pipe Bends

• Wrinkle-Free Internal Profile: Components are cold-bent on CNC mandrel machinery, completely eliminating internal wrinkling, start-up bulges, or scratching. This guarantees a visually aesthetic surface and an extremely low ovality profile for uniform material velocity.
• Highly Wear-Resistant Formulations: For abrasive bulk solids, the patented HVA NIRO® line offers specialized, highly wear-resistant stainless steel variants. For extreme abrasion, options include heavy-duty borosilicate glass 3.3 pipe bends and branch components.
• Dimensional Range: Standard outer diameters range from 38.0mm to 206.0mm with wall thicknesses between 1.5mm and 4.0mm. Bending radius can cover from 75mm up to 1,500mm to accommodate diverse system footprints.

High-Performance Pipe Couplings

• DVK 6 Suction System Couplings: Optimized for vacuum and low-pressure delivery up to 6 bar. Manufactured from lightweight aluminum die-cast or stainless steel, featuring integrated internal grounding clips to maintain electrical continuity across connections.
• DVK-HD® High-Pressure Couplings: Purpose-built for positive-pressure pneumatic conveying. Available in heavy-duty configurations, including specialized Quick Release lever handle models that enable fast field assembly and breakdown without tools.
• Sealing and Retention: Equipped with specialized gasket liners (including white EPDM, Nitrile, and transparent silicone) and optional traction relief mechanisms to prevent pipe slippage under high pneumatic thrust forces.

Material Integrity: All metallic components are constructed from premium raw materials, primarily AISI 304 (1.4301) and AISI 316L (1.4404) stainless steel, with interior welded seams smoothed or shaved to meet strict requirements in food, plastic, and chemical processing.
