Modular Pull-Ring Pipework

• Precision Pull-Ring Mechanism: Every pipe, bend, and valve features a machine-formed, 6mm lip turned out at a 90-degree angle. A specialized U-shaped gasket is placed over this lip and a mechanical QUICK CONNECT pull-ring clamps the components together, creating a structurally rigid, leak-tight joint in seconds.
• Superior Airtightness: When tensioned, the pull-ring connection provides condensation-proof sealing. It delivers resistance up to 0.5 bar that are significantly tighter than standard industrial requirements (DIN EN 12237, Class D), preventing fugitive dust or mist from escaping into the facility.
• Shock-Explosion Resistance: For hazardous processing environments involving combustible dusts, specialized configurations of the standard modular components can be certified shock-explosion proof up to 3 bar and 10 bar overpressure.

Food-Grade, Detectable & Durable Lines

• FOOD GRADE Line: Constructed from high-grade stainless steel paired with adhesive-free, vulcanized gaskets. This is the first modular pipework system to simultaneously meet both FDA 21 CFR regulations and European EC 1935/2004 food-contact requirements.
• DETECTABLE DESIGN Line: Gaskets are manufactured with uniformly distributed metallic particles. In the event of material wear or mechanical failure, any rubber fragments entering the product stream are instantly caught by standard inline metal detectors.
• DURABLE DESIGN Line: Standard modular fittings lined internally with specialized, highly wear-resistant polyurethane compounds to protect the steel shell against rapid abrasion from high-velocity particles.

Specifications: Standard diameters range from 60mm to 1,600mm, with wall thicknesses available in 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm configurations. Materials include powder-coated carbon steel, hot-dip galvanized steel and high-grade stainless steel.
